Shipping Policies

In order to guarantee that you receive the freshest popcorn possible we ship orders Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  Delivery dates are calculated from the date of the shipment.
Shipping estimates will fluctuate during times of increased demand. If you need your order by a specific date please email us at admin@poptiquepopcorn.com or for faster service call us toll free at (877) 633-5400. Rush order fee may apply.

Columbia City, IN: Your order will be ready for pick up at 120 W. Walker Way, Columbia City, IN 46725.
Jefferson Pointe Fort Wayne, IN:  Your order will be ready for pick up at 4206 W. Jefferson Blvd. Suite C3, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.
Downtown Fort Wayne, IN: 127 W Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802
By selecting Pick Up In Store as your shipping method you are agreeing to pick your order up at the specified location. 
United States Postal Service
Priority Mail: Arrives in approximately  2-4 days, depending on delivery location  These times do vary and are coming from USPS website, please add an extra business day or two in for possible shipping delays when choosing the delivery date. Delivers 6 days a week with no extra charge for Saturday deliveries. If an item is lost and insurance is not purchased the order will NOT be refunded. Please call 877-633-5400 to place your order and add insurance!
Express Mail: Delivery overnight to most destinations 365 days a year - even Sundays and holidays.
UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days (see map). These times do vary and are coming from UPS website, please add an extra business day or two in for possible shipping delays when choosing the delivery date. Shipping insurance included up to $50, to guarantee a higher refund value if package is lost more insurance will need to be purchased. Please call 877-633-5400. 

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days (typically by 10:30 a.m.)
UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day (typically by 10:30 a.m.)
Be sure that your shipping address is correct, we cannot be responsible for any fees for reshipping products that are not deliverable.
Full insurance is recommended! Once packages leave our facility we have no control over them items we boxed up. To purchase shipping insurance on your order call 877-633-5400. 
Shipping estimates are only estimates- even guarantee shipping (as in 2 day delivery) only guarantees that if the item is NOT delivered in two days they will only refund the shipping cost, NOT the order amount you purchased from us. 
Be sure that you are not shipping to a residence where a package may be left outside for an extended period.  Our popcorn is shipped fresh and cannot endure extended exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or inclement conditions.

The candy coating on many of our popcorn flavors may get chewy and the chocolate in our premium line of popcorn may soften or melt during the shipping process in hot weather.  We cannot be responsible for popcorn compromised by heat while shipping.  If you are concerned with heat damage we strongly suggest you add an insulated shipping box and ice bricks to your order for a nominal fee. You can do this before adding your items to your shopping cart. You may also wish to have your product(s) shipped Next Day Air or by Express Mail. It is your responsibility to ship your items in a quick manner when using ice bricks to ensure that the items to do not sit too long in the shipping process. Examples- 4 or 5 day delivery time, or an item sitting over the weekend may cause the item(s) to get too hot. 

When choosing your shipping method please take into account the item being left in waiting over the weekend. If an item may be left in shipment processing over the weekend,  the weather can affect the popcorn. We would suggest that you choose a faster method of shipping to insure the item will not be sitting over the weekend in a shipment area and/or add the warm weather shipping (with ice bricks). We are not responsible for damaged popcorn due to shipping times.
