Q: How long will my popcorn stay fresh?
A: If left sealed in the original, airtight package your popcorn will remain fresh for 90 days.

Q: How can I keep my popcorn fresh?
A: All of our products are made and packaged daily to ensure they arrive to you in prime condition.  To maintain the freshness of your popcorn adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Do not open your product until you are ready to eat it.
  • After opening your product store any uneaten popcorn in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not refrigerate, freeze, microwave, or cook your popcorn.
Q: How much popcorn do I need for my wedding or event?


Q: Is your popcorn gluten free?
A: Popcorn is a naturally gluten free food.  We do, however, add products containing gluten to some of our popcorn flavors.  The S'Mores and Cookies 'N Cream both contain gluten but all of our popcorn flavors are made on the same equipment.

Q: Do your products contain peanuts or peanut products?
A: Yes.  Some of our products contain peanuts, peanut products, and other tree nuts.  While we take steps to reduce cross-contamination between products we cannot ensure that any of our popcorn is free from trace amounts of peanuts or peanut products.

Q: Do your products contain milk or dairy products?
A: Yes, some of our products contain milk and/or dairy. All of our popcorn flavors are made on the same equipment.

Q: Do your products contain soy?
A: Yes, some of our products contain soy. All of our popcorn flavors are made on the same equipment.


Q: Will I receive confirmation that my order has been received by Poptique Gourmet Popcorn?
A: Yes, when your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation page including a confirmation number.

Q: What forms of payment can I use?
A: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa in our online store or you can pay with your PayPal account.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Once your order is placed, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Q: How do I use my promotional code?
A: Use your promotional code at the time of checkout.  The offer is valid on purchases made through the date listed in the offer.  Offer cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases.  Offer not valid for taxes, shipping, or handling.  Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, and is VOID if altered, reproduced or unauthorized.  Not redeemable for cash or credit, and lost or stolen offers will not be replaced.  Original offer required for redemption.

Q: What can delay my order?
A: Legal holidays, inclement weather, and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing.  Because our product is freshly made in small batches, delays may occur in processing your order.


Q: When will I receive my order?

Q: Do you ship on the weekend?
A: No.  In order to ensure your popcorn arrives as fresh as possible we do not ship on the weekend.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you ship during the summer?
A. Yes, we do ship orders during the summer. We do, however, suggest that you keep in mind that your products will be shipped in un-airconditioned vehicles which could affect the end quality of your products. After the products leave our production facility we cannot be responsible for damage due to heat during transit. We strongly encourage you to contact us about including ice bricks and an insulated shipping container with your order if you are concerned about the heat.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: You can select between the United States Postal Service and UPS at the time of checkout.
